We meet with the clients to discuss staffing requirements and obtain necessary Power of Attorney and Demand Letter in order to complete Government formalities and advertise and search our various databases for suitable personnel. Shortlisted employees will already have been medically passed fit.
We pre-screen, shortlist and invite client if necessary for final selection interviews. All selected personnel CV’s are forwarded to client normally via email ready for visa submission.
All Government formalities will be completed once visas have been received and mobilization of employees according to client’s schedule. Employee monitoring continues throughout the probationary period for any unforeseen issues.
